- Students should pass their 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
- For Bio Engineering Departments, students have to pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology

- “No student, with less than 50% marks in aggregate, shall get admission to the architecture course unless he/she has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject of examinations at the 10+2 level”
- Student who has cleared the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the council of Architecture. However, he/she has to apply in the prescribed application form for admission to B.Arch. Program.

Admission to the Undergraduate Programs
For B. Tech and B. Arch
Bharath University Courses offers B. Tech and B. Arch programs at the undergraduate level. These programs are offered under several specializations. Admission procedure depends on the program students want to go for. Admission is done on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance examinations. It also offers a B. Tech (Lateral Entry) program.
- Candidates seeking admission to B. Tech and B. Tech Lateral students have to clear Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination (BEEE).
- A valid score in BEEE followed by a counselling procedure conducted at the institute is required for admission to B. Tech.
- Students who want admission in B. Arch should have a valid score in the NATA examination.
Note - BEEE is an entrance examination taken by the institute itself, in the month of April every year. Students with valid scores in BEEE will get admission to B. Tech and B. Tech Lateral Entry programs.
For B. Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, and BA
- For admission to B. Com and B.Sc., the students are selected based on their performance in the last qualifying examination. Bharath University Cut-off list is released based on which the candidates are shortlisted.
- For admission to B.Sc. in Horticulture and Agriculture, the students should have to clear the BEEE examination.
- Students who want to take admission in BA, BCA, and BBA are shortlisted based on the merit in the last qualifying examinations.
Admission to the Postgraduate Programs
Bharath University offers various programs at the postgraduate level. The programs are offered under several specializations.
For M. Com, M.Sc., MCA, and MA
- For admission to M. Com, MA, and M.Sc., the students are selected based on the merit in the last qualifying examination.
- Admission to MCA and MCA Lateral Entry students has to get a valid score in BEEE entrance examination.
For M. Tech, M. Arch, and MBA
